Ricardo Alberto Gareca Nardi, nicknamed el Tigre (in English: "the Tiger") and el Flaco (in English: "the Skinny (one)"), (born 10 February 1958) is an Argentine football manager and former player, who is the current manager of Brazilian side Palmeiras.During his playing career, Gareca played for four of the most important teams in Argentina (Boca Juniors, River Plate, Vélez Sársfield and Independiente).
